Why Take a Scrambling Skills Course?

Many people experience scrambling through guided days but never develop the knowledge or confidence required to plan and undertake routes independently.

This course bridges that gap.

By understanding movement skills, route choice, mountain judgement and basic safety systems, you'll become a more capable and confident mountain traveller.

The skills gained can also provide an excellent foundation for mountaineering, alpine climbing and more advanced scrambling objectives.
